RICHMOND SYMPHONY

Symphony Series 5 26-27 Season

Saturday, Feb 20 - Sunday, Feb 21
$102
Soprano Alexandra Loutsion joins Valentina Peleggi and the Richmond Symphony Chorus for a deeply reflective and radiant program. Strauss’ Four Last Songs and Wagner’s Liebestod offer transcendent visions of love and mortality. Brahms’ Gesang der Parzen and Beethoven’s Elegischer Gesang bring choral gravitas and beauty, while the overture to Wagner’s Meistersinger opens with noble serenity.
