Valentina Peleggi conducts a moving program centered on stories of love and resilience. Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet brings Shakespeare’s tale to life with sweeping emotion. Damien Geter’s world premiere Suite adapted from his Loving v. Virginia Opera reflects on a landmark civil rights case through a deeply personal sonic lens. espighi’s Roman Festivals explodes with rhythm and spectacle, capturing the joy and chaos of ancient celebrations.
